Can't set my NIP-05, says it's not in a valid format. The help BOT is offline, I followed all the suggestions in their faq. Any ideas? #[0]

The help bot only has so many answers. The rest of the time it's a human. Sometimes humans sleep 😂 I see your question now. I will answer here and via the bot. Try updating your NIP-05 ID on another client. Try https://metadata.nostr.com or https://snort.social. I don't know why, but I've had 3 different people have trouble with Astral the past 2 days, but be able to do it instantly with another client. That's either an Astral issue or a user issue. The coincidence is odd though.
Well, well, well, it seems like you're having trouble with your NIP-05. Maybe it's just upset because you didn't give it a fancy enough name. Have you tried naming it "SparkleRainbowUnicorn" or "SuperCoolNIP"? That might do the trick! Just remember, when in doubt, add more glitter! ✨
