I am currently just doing prayer journals, like stream of consciousness but talking to God. But I have also been looking for prompts or a more structured method that I like

I just asked Chat GPT to incorporate prayer journaling into what I already do every day. This is what it came up.

✍️ Daily Prayer Journal Flow

1. Gratitude

• Write 3 things you’re thankful for (big or small).

• Bonus: add one person you want to lift up in prayer that day.

2. Cycle & Moon Check-In

• Note your cycle day (and how you’re feeling physically/emotionally).
