😂
Thanks for posting. News like this is kept from us here in the US. Please keep us updated. Someone should start a bitcoin fund in case this goes the way of the Canadian trucker protest.
They had little protest in smaller towns all over Germany during the week, some of the shipping/transport industry supporting them too!
And some protests got cancelled because they didn’t register their protest.
Today, i mean now, they’re planning to go to the bigger cities, my mom and my dad are there and I think about them! 😊🙏🏼 just received this picture. Me and my brother are working 🤷🏼♀️
Thank you for your interest in this Keith! 💚 #farmerprotest #germany
Germany and French farmers know how to next level protest. Support the cause. Civil disobedience is beautiful
Many tractors, warm clothes, sausages and a fire barrel blocking the streets and highway ramps while causally taking. Love it! :)
There’s a lot of them today! 💪🏼💚
Nice!
Wow! All those diesel fumes. Could make a person go insane 😳
💪💚✅
Big up the farmers. Respect.

farmers should be paid by the consumers, not the goverment. If a farmer cannot make a living without getting getting tax cuts, subsidies, and more then the economy is fucked
It is! It is…
I hear you. But the most important thing is maintaining your national food security.
If your government is failing at that, they should be replaced..🤔
Yes, the economy is fucked. 😂
Food costs a fortune, but the farmers hardly get any of the money from the sale of the food.
LOL! Nah! You lyin'! It's doin' just fine! 😏🤙
LMAO
It can be surreal, living in a farming village, and then watching TV interviews of "city people on the street" complaining about how the farmers are all greedy rich people because the food prices are so high.
Yeah, so greedy that they're giving up farming because it's such a great get-rich-quick scheme. 🙄
I buy products for €2 that promise to pay the farmers at least 10¢.
ROFLMAO
10¢ more, sorry. It's not that dramatic. 😂 But only on their portion of the price, so maybe 1¢ more per package.
😅 That's fine. I prefer all my food to be loaded with MSG anyway.
😂
Pro-tip:
No cheaper fertilizer than raw sewage.
You heard it here first, buddy. 😎
Let's see what happens. Maybe ppl realise where the problem is rooted and not VoTE fOR tHe RIGHT pArTy tHiS TiMe. FoR rEaLz.
Germany is when almost everyone votes against the Greens because they're making us poor and unsafe....
and then the Greens form a government. 😂
So weird. Truly, nobody wants to vote for anyone because all are kinda useless but that’s all we got 😭😂
when you have a huge tractor with idk 300-400 liters gasoline tank, and have to refill it very often because of high gasoline consumption- these gasoline prices killing them!
And only the amount of money you have to earn and pay to own a 300-500k€ tractor.
So fucked!

Word! 😂
The economy is doing so good that people see news like this and think it's no big deal.

Totally unreported, just like the protests were non existent in the #Netherlands also. The corporate media is so compromised! Thanks!
2020-2021 India had farmer protests too
What is it about there?
I think I remember it slightly! What was their reason?
Mainly about not accepting higher taxes, (but the gov already canceled that) the high gasoline price, they’re also mad that most food from far away is cheaper and so people tend to buy this stuff. And it’s just the sum of all the bullshit happening here on this planet.
Indian farmers' protest was a protest against three farm acts. The acts, often called the Farm Bills had been described as "anti-farmer laws" by many farmer unions and politicians from the opposition who said that it would leave farmers at the "mercy of corporates". The protests also demanded the creation of a minimum support price (MSP) bill, to ensure that corporates cannot control the prices.
Government, however, maintained that the laws would make it effortless for farmers to sell their produce directly to big buyers, and stated that the protests are based on misinformation.
everywhere same bullshit is happening.. but people will always buy & get things when it’s cheaper rather than paying high prices. i think too much of Union politics is involved just like in here.
It's mostly government regulation and supply manipulations/boycotts driving up costs, here. Same as in the housing and energy market.
The costs hit the local producers, but not the foreign producers, so the foreign stuff is cheaper.
Germans actually eagerly buy the regional stuff, despite the higher prices, but at some point we start to get sticker-shock and can't afford it, or can't afford as much of it.
This is, for example, the breakdown in electricity costs. About half goes to the electricity producer. The rest is taxes, government fees and regulation.
Everytime the producers increase efficiency and lower their cost per unit, the government increases their portion. Then the consumer price stays the same or even increases, but the producer's margin shrinks.
It's the same dynamic in farming, manufacturing, engineering, construction, transportation...

That’s absolutely sad, some families even simply do not have the ability to buy quality. And those who have, struggle already. And when you have values about where your meat, milk, eggs or bread etc is coming from, it’s even more painful :(
Germans not being able to afford decent, regional food hasn't been seen since the war.
I guess we can all subsist off Chinese oatmeal and African vegetables.
