Rising costs/inflation

The difficulty in purchasing homes that comes from their use as a store of value to combat said inflation

It's one of the most relevant concerns for young people hoping to achieve home ownership. They may have a hard time understanding exactly how the money is broken until you put it in terms that are applicable to their own situation.
