Can you elaborate please?

So you can send to an npub at npub.cash and all the recipient has to do is sign in with their nostr to claim it

Mutiny plus but there is a subscription fee or Zeus but you need 100k sats to open the channel. Both have LNURL. Now that bolt 12 is out wallets will start to integrate and make it easier to receive static payments, but that will take a little time.
