It's a horribly optimized game. Even with amazing PC specs it will perform terribly compared to other games.
Yeah it requires a lot of computing power but you can do so much more on there! It's beautiful!
My buddy's PC has a 12gen i7, 64gb ddr5 ram, 3080Ti and I think he averages 90-120fps on potatoe quality settings lol.
Yeah there's an awesome update coming where you can connect multiple servers in one world (which might require even more computing power!) but it allows folks from around the world to meet up in the same world but get relatively good ping from their different locations.
I just enjoy bumping into bitcoiners and generally chatting. It's a different vibe to 2-dimensional message posting into the void. I wonder how nostr protocol can be used with these types of game servers in the future. It's so exciting!
