Good morning 💜🫂🍂🌻🌞🌱

My yesterday's lunch: Veggie wrap made from beets and carrots with flax seeds and psyllium husk powder. Filled with raw carrot-salmon, marinated mushrooms with brussels sprouts, avocado, sunflower- and radish sprouts and cashew cream cheese. Accompanied with a delicious mustard-tahini sauce and home brewed kombucha.

All made from scratch at home made and with love and dedication...💫

Today I'm starting a new batch of real cashew - blue cheese and I will write and post the recipe at #zapcooking

Although I actually should be writing on an article for a magazine....Deadline for submission is in one week 🙌🏼

Looks great. You could sell this in California for like 20 USD 😰

Thank you 🙏🏽💜 I've been thinking about this for quite a while...but it's a lot of work and you need a lot of vegetables just for the wraps and electricity for de process of dehydrating. I would have to have pre-orders etc. If I have the right team, I would definitely consider this type of business 🌱🫂

I wonder why no one have insulted you already around here. There a a lot of pure-beef eaters among us 😊 It definitely looks delicious 🤤

Thanks 🫂

Why should they? I attract like-minded people because I am simply myself, authentically.

And because it's #Nostr... not FB, not IG, not X, not TicToc... 😏

Impressive, but all those ingredients look expensive and laborious to prep, source, and have ready at hand without rotting first. No wonder that going all veggie isn't more popular. Bravo on the look, though!

Well...I eat fruit and vegetables every day...in my kitchen, nothing almost ever goes bad 😆 If something turns yellow or is about to rot, I just make a smoothie or soup out of it...But yes, these wraps are laborious and take time, as the wrapping has to dry in the dehydrator for about 18 to 24 hours. But eating a salad like this is much more fun 🤗

The ingredients are not expensive at all. It's really just vegetables, flax seeds and psyllium husks. I use everything organic, because for me, quality is more important than quantity. On weekends and at night, I use cheap electricity, so that works well for me.
