I have experimented with various Bitcoin onramp applications that offer virtual cards, and although most of them cater to third-world countries, they share a common feature:
None of them permit Lebanese users.

The issue is to be a reliable on ramp / off ramp, you need to comply with KYC AML laws and in the fiat world, being Lebanese is not compliant. It’s a Fucking travesty. But it’s only a matter of time till technological inversion is complete, and we don’t have to go through fiat rails to reach the free open bitcoin ocean
It looks like we need to create our own one 🤷♂️🥲
So hard, since no card issuer will deal with you officially as we are on USA naughty list OFAC since 2007,no one wants to get their hands dirty with OFAC ( oh fuck ) .
