Have you ever gone to the doctor and they ask if you’re stressed, and you laugh because you’re like, “Uhm, OF COURSE 😅,” because you’re ALWAYS stressed, and it’s just a DIFFERENT thing you’re stressed about depending on the day?

Okay, that’s like… not how everyone is living. 🤯 (If this is news to you, don’t worry—I had my jaw on the floor, too.)

So many of our Amygdalas are running the show 🧠⚠️. (That’s our brain’s fear center.) We’re BLASTED with cortisol. 😣 Never not been in fight or flight. 🏃‍♀️💨

Our bodies are supposed to be able to enter a “rest and digest” mode. 🛌🍵
