I love raw dairy. Working on a skimming system. For now I'm enjoying Alexandre's A2A2 2% milk. Low temp pasteurized, no homogenization.

Thinking of pouring our local raw Jersey milk into a tall, bottom spouted glass pitcher so that I can drink fat free milk from the bottom after it naturally sperates.
Then I can take the milk fat from the top and churn butter for myself and the family. Freezes really well, too.
This dispenser looks even better.
