My brother smoked some eggs. Eggs go on smoker raw. They are smoked until cooked like a hard boiled egg. Since the shell is permiable, some of the smokey flavor makes it in.

Next time I think I will try a lower temperature to try and get more smoke flavor. I want to experiment making deviled eggs this way.

What flavors would you try to work in? I think sriracha and sweet relish would pair well with the smokiness.

I tried smoking eggs again. This time I smoked them at a lower temperature for about an hour and a half. The results are better, more smokey flavor.

This looks like fun! Did you try making deviled eggs? I like to use smoked paprika to garnish them so I think this would work really well!
