My brother smoked some eggs. Eggs go on smoker raw. They are smoked until cooked like a hard boiled egg. Since the shell is permiable, some of the smokey flavor makes it in.
Next time I think I will try a lower temperature to try and get more smoke flavor. I want to experiment making deviled eggs this way.
What flavors would you try to work in? I think sriracha and sweet relish would pair well with the smokiness.
