I do this from time to time, depending on my back never ran jnto problems, move your body for more backmuscles.
I've had it on the back burner for months to try floor sleeping after watching nostr:npub1lelkh3hhxw9hdwlcpk6q9t0xt9f7yze0y0nxazvzqjmre3p98x3sthkvyz's video, and hearing nostr:npub1xwmyzp64xx03kw9ecd7fzsj3e9dgwah6an0rdng0cc6ux4dswwjs28pyyc's good experience with it
Finally sending it starting tonight. Going to start with a pad, and hopefully work my way to full floor. We'll see how it goes! #FloorSleeping
