Never going back to a bed tbh.

I do this from time to time, depending on my back never ran jnto problems, move your body for more backmuscles.

Even though I’ve been doing it for months, I still use a yoga mat or two to add some cushioning

Sleeping on hardwood floor is very hard on the body but if you have enough muscle and fat, then it might work

I still feel I get all the benefits and retain go to sleep quality if I use a yoga mat as a pad

I worked my way up to sleeping on gravel and rocks. Feels amazing
