This is so on point. I know so many real estate investors that talk about population growth, “once in a lifetime opportunity”, scarcity, quality, yield, but cannot actually explain why the same house, with no improvements, has gone up in value the last 10 years
Re-allocating out of Real Estate and into Bitcoin has been the best decision I ever made, mentally, and financially
For me it was the fact that houses prices went up during covid, and have been going down in many places since....clearly a reflection of money printing rather than any sort of rational market dynamic.
houses were the real sound money (until now)
