Here’s to the beginning of a nice Christmas break. Each season has its own beauty, but winter in Florida is citrus season… so we get to enjoy it a little more than most North Americans. There’s nothing better than grabbing a ripe, sun-warmed mandarin right off the tree. Me and my kids have had our fill this season, but we still have so many (courtesy of Korean Natural Farming).
