Thanks for the insight. Its such a big learning curve. Its reassuring to hear all of this. I think I still need to figure out how to make time for myself. Baby still doesn't want to be away from me for long, so I only manage to do simple things like brush my teeth or shower in the times that baby allows dad or grandma to hold her. 😅 I am slowly figuring things out.

it's hard to hear baby cry but giving others the chance to learn how to soothe her in their own way will make your and her life easier. Just like you have a learning curve, so does dad. It's way harder for Dad in a way. They don't have the natural instinct and don't tend to get as much time with baby as mom to learn baby's cues and behaviors.

Yea, dad tries his best! He has become an expert swaddler, burper, and diaper changer. And found out she likes to be held like a football!

But sometimes she is inconsolable and that's the toughest time 😣
