I don't have notifications turned on. but when I did for a little they seemed to work?

I mainly use it for group chats (where I wouldn't want notifications anyway) for some Tor services and other communities.

So you have a group of peers that also use it?

Yep. I only know one of them IRL, but others from Nostr and everyone else are basically just nyms from various cryptoanarchy projects
