You can do both. Keep a forever stash and a hot wallet. And don't subtract from your forever stash until 1mil+.

but i know they are pretty clear about it being early & to hold

like thats pretty much all i know

i don't care about a "new economy". I only want a hard store of value that can't be stolen or debased.

The caveat is generally that people will spend #Bitcoin, but not sell it.
