Pretty solid. Similar to my pockets, but I consolidate the flashlight and lighter with a flashlight that also has a dual arc electric lighter and opt for a Leatherman Wave+.
For your long term health, I'd suggest a front pocket wallet. Have seen rear pocket wallets result in hip replacements in my family.
