How did you interpret this?

Is it a reminder of the power and influence individuals hold. That our actions, symbolized by ‘breath,’ have the potential to create or nurture positive outcomes, represented by ‘fruit.’?

No. I mean literal fruit. We exhale. It feeds trees. Trees produce fruit. We literally give life to literal fruit.

We exhale.. trees use our carbon dioxide and sunlight to produce sugars that feed the tree (or bush). Yes. We literally produce fruit and vegetables with our breath.

If we are a manifestation of the universe. Literally the universe come to life. Then I would say the possibility exists that we manifested fruit with our breath.
