I got charged a dollar for checking my balance, yes it's ridiculous but here's the kicker, I didn't even check my balance. I got charged for putting my card in the atm. I didn't withdraw, I didn't check my balance, I still got charged a dollar

Reminds me of a time when Had a new bank i was unfamiliar with charge me a small fee for going in and talking to a teller. I had a question about a money order.
I saw it later and called them to complain so they reversed the fee but charged me the same fee for calling in. 🤦♂️
