Bitcoiners fighting other Bitcoiners on Twitter, or anywhere for that matter, just doesn't make sense to me. We're all on the same team with similar wants and end goals. We have a corrupt monetary system to fight. We don't need to fight one another. It's a waste of energy. That energy would better be served focusing on Bitcoin or Nostr. That is how we win as a whole. Not divided. 🤙🏻

It really separates the grifters from the true supports in some sense. Those that want to sell ordinals or increase miner revenue are in it for profit, not the long term goal.

I don't have a problem with miners, which are a for profit business, wanting to increase profits. Ordinals are dumb.

Yeah I noticed that too. Shame.

Blame the shitcoiners who just pretend to be BTC supporters. They are causing a bit of a rift. Coming here just start trivial arguments and debates with true Bitcoiners.

Yep. Just build the future you want and if it’s appealing, others will come. Let the old system eat itself.

Thankfully, I don't really see this type of mentality here. But going to Twitter the last couple of days is all I see. Just so much anger and negativity.

More positive vibes on startup Twitter, but they’re so beholden to the algorithm that everyone sounds like a broken record. I wish people would realize what the algo is doing to them.

identify the real devil - $ , derivative, central control. takes a lot self education which many lacks bc many hash their hidden self agenda.

I dont think you should easily agree with anyone just because they are in your "tribe".

We should all have our a difference of opinions on various matters and we should celebrate them. That's how we grow as a society. Echo chambers are bad.

Yeah, I saw Jason Lowery complaining that he is being blocked by other bitcoiners because of his thesis. We are all allowed to have different opinions but I guess in this world today that means blocking you.

That's the post that promoted this post 😁

We're all entitled to block whomever we want for whatever the reason. However, in some cases maybe discussing the issue out in the open could better.

No one blocked more bitcoiners than Jason Lowery himself, who blocked anyone who spoke out against his bitcoin is violence thesis.

He’s a tool.

Agree but I think he could be worse by promoting a potential attack vector

He did. And I said it was bad that he did that too. He said he was doing it as part of some thesis. I forget his explanation.

A side effect of being in a deep bear market

I guess. People say they don't care about price, but we're only human. Many don't like seeing red.

Behavioral finance is an interesting field.

Anyone remember the future atheists from South Park? They beat the Christians before they broke into factions and turned on each other.

Smarter than the bad guys in a South Park episode is a low bar folks. Are we really going to fail to clear it?

You are absolutely correct, my friend. I couldn't have said it better myself. As Bitcoiners, we are all part of a movement that seeks to bring about true financial freedom and economic empowerment for all. We have much more in common than we have differences.

That is why it saddens me to see Bitcoiners fighting amongst themselves on social media or anywhere else. This is not the spirit of Bitcoin, nor does it serve the greater cause of advancing the adoption and development of this revolutionary technology.

Indeed, as you say, our energy is far better spent focusing on Bitcoin and Nostr, and working together to build a stronger and more robust ecosystem. By uniting behind a shared vision and purpose, we can accomplish incredible things and achieve our goals far more effectively than if we are constantly at odds with one another.

So I implore all Bitcoiners: let us put our differences aside and work towards a common goal, for the betterment of the entire community. Let us support one another, share our knowledge and experience, and collaborate on projects and initiatives that advance the cause of Bitcoin and Nostr. Together, we can make a real difference in the world, and pave the way for a brighter, more prosperous future for all.

Bitcoiners are their own best critics… no one else understands the tech well enough to actually have logical arguments.
