The customer is the most important person in any business. The only way to grow is by exceeding their expectations so much that they eagerly spread the word to others. Few understand this.

I’m dealing with Estate Agents at the moment.

Who’s the customer? The vendor or the buyer?

Estate agents represent the vendor, but the buyer provides the money!

Both are important but the estate’s agent direct client is the vendor. Sooo

Yeh, interesting isn’t it.

The vendor selects the agent, but the buyer doesn’t care who the agent is.
