Who’s the customer? The vendor or the buyer?
Estate agents represent the vendor, but the buyer provides the money!

This is what I'm trying to do with my web business. So far, all of my clients have been word of mouth, so I'm doing okay in that regard. I just need more word of mouth. 😂
