My strategy that I am dreaming up requires making friends and incorporating local partners. Working on #1 apparently still and get these ideas down on paper.
Between packaging and shipping costs, sending anything out of any country is really hard! We are looking for solutions, haven’t found anything better than Pirate Ship so far, and still really expensive.

Most people don't realize how much of the price for an item goes into the container, label (design and printing), boxes, packing material, tape, etc.
For example, in many cases, the cost of the material inside a jar is far cheaper than everything else around it.
