Let’s go! I did 21.5 today. Some times just having a busy day makes it easy to go the extra hours. Where’s your end? I’ve never done a full 24 but occasionally get close.

Just wait until hour 40 or so and you break it. Such a cool feeling when the digestive system kicks in again, and it feels like you've accomplished something.

I do a 40-hour fast before Easter over Good Friday. This was year two, and I think it's going to be a permanent tradition for me.
