What you are seeing is the individual nossence feeds created and yes it gets spammy

if you want to you can see what relays they are on and uncheck global on those relays

If you scroll a bit down i linked the nossence account and you can test it if you want

Have disabled relay.nostr.band global feed. Will see what global feed looks like now with that relay omitted as seems most of nossence content was coming from there. This obviously means other content may not be visible that might have been interesting.

Relayable is a good free relay if that is your concern i am going off to nap but shall link a faq site if you run into things
