Anybody else have a hard time when you’re invited over for dinner but you know they put zero regard into the food and fats they are eating?

Quite frustrating. Makes you massively appreciate eating at a friends house where you know they are seed-oil free and mostly local/organic.

I've been known to bring my own butter buns to cookouts for burgers.

They said it was BYOB...

Yes. Same with going out with friends.

Other than a very few items - mostly large steaks/chops (yes, those can be adultered with garbage, too), I assume most everything is bad, and limit the ā€˜occassions of sin’, lol.

you still have friends like that???

You really notice it after you go home and eat a good steak yourself

Sets things straight again

it's easier if you just eat what they prepare without getting holier-than-thou

You don’t like kraft mac n cheese? I got some doritos for ya w some diet coke

It’s worse when you go to someone’s house who is ā€œconsciousā€ and they’re vegan or vegetarian…seed oils and processed crap everywhere. šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø
