I stacked my sats this morning and yesterday helped a friend to buy non-kyc btc from an atm. This wasn’t easy! Took 3 atms to find one that didn’t require kyc ($900 limit), had to get a different wallet (Muun) because it wouldn’t work with WoS, and the premium was high ($31,300). She was thrilled to do it though and I helped her transfer it into cold storage. PV!!

For a non-tech savvy 76 year old? I still need to transfer her sats to cold storage for her every time even though we have done it together 5-6 times.

Why not just have her pay you, and then you buy the sats on RoboSats? They have an option to send sats to an on-chain address during payout. Just put her address in there and you’ll be good to go.

I have never used Robosats. She also likes the idea of being able to do it herself. It’s a good idea though that I’ll look into and suggest to her.

Even if she doesn’t use it, you certainly could. It’s the best way to purchase non-KYC sats for smaller amounts (<$1k)
