On June 14, a Guangzhou court unjustly sentenced journalist and women’s defender Huang Xueqin (Sophia) and labor rights activist Wang Jianbing for their peaceful advocacy work on behalf of citizens of China. We strongly condemn their sentences and call on the PRC to release them immediately.
