It’s already slowly happening - but now especially with AI soon to be let loose in this field - human evolutionary genetics will topple so much of our accepted ‘history.’ Especially the development / spread of early human societies from the Holocene onwards.

It will be interesting to observe future generations of children into adulthood — synthetic (crispr babies, etc), natural (ie plant med parents/awake preconception), and control group.
Bye bye ridiculous out of Africa theory. Personally, I think that the different "races" of humanity developed from different lines in different places. Also, that there were many other species of human, giants, halflings etc. And many more surprises.
