I just received my first bitcoin payment for hair services in BC Canada and it was pretty amazing. Living in the future now.
This guy doesn't get it. It's not settlement network for mainstream currencies, it's the bringer of death to government currencies
But wouldn't expect a paypal suit to understand
why should it bring death to government currencies when we do not use it as a currency? as a store of value, it is like gold - did not harm the government currencies in any way.
You can't send gold across the globe instantly without trusted third parties. Comparing Bitcoin to gold is completely losing the plot
if btc is used as a store of value instead of a medium of exchange, the effect on government currencies is the same.
So, you’ve bought into the mainstream propaganda that Bitcoin is just a “digital asset” and no real threat to fiat. I actually use Bitcoin as money - and so can you. In fact, you should start now to learn the drill, because fiat is circling the drain with or without Bitcoin’s help. When it finally collapses, the scramble for Bitcoin as the only working alternative will be very sudden. The establishment is just trying to prolong the inevitable, but you must know that you can’t taper a ponzi.
