What data are you trying to change? Most of what njump shows is straight from the profile information in your kind 0 profile note, which can be edited from almost any Nostr client.

It also looks like njump is not paying any attention to which relays you have set as outbox relays. It seems to just be observing where it happens to see your notes showing up, and says that is where you are publishing to.
