Anybody here interested in algo trading? I think it's fun, and it helps me improve my coding skills.
I spent like 2 years building a backtesting framework/trading bot and developing algorithms. But I made the rookie mistake of biasing it toward one data set. On paper it looked great, in practice it did make some great trades but overall ended up losing more than it made after a couple bad ones.
I'd love to find someone to work with on a project like this.
