That's a good way to put it. The heart is circumcized.
Still circumcized here but some are not. It's only important if it's important. Otherwise it's better if Dad can explain to son how to care for his wang.
In the New Testament it's stated over and over that doing it for show is meaningless and not doing it is meaningless. It's a matter of obeying God's very simple commandments and accepting Jesus Christ as the Savior for his resurrection and sacrifice.
