With 1L of daily whole (supermarket) milk I had great gains lifting weights.
But my love handles also had great
As soon as I stopped drinking it, my lifting performance tanked very badly.
Now I have a fractured hand and a diastasis rectii so I cannot even lift for a while, but I'll definitely resume the 1L of milk every day.
