How I do Value Investing

I use a machine learning classifier to learn from fundamental ratios and growth numbers what stocks appreciated in the last year. Then I use that classifier to pick stocks based on today's fundamentals and numbers.

It is too early to tell if it works. I have only been using this method for 6 months now. Before this I used a value-momentum screener.
