you'd probably be totally fine if you have good storage. all I can say is that I've done it with the Pinot and it was amazing and I haven't done it with any of the other varieties of mine so idk.

are you looking at wine fridges?

I've honestly never used a wine fridge so I don't have any recs. they mostly seem the same to me
