How do I get to the why?

I've realised I have ADHD only recently. I never suspected I had ADHD but now that I know I have it, I've been able to manage it to the extent that I can do my work without generating a ton of stress for myself

I'm still falling down that rabbit hole myself... coped for 40+ years as 'gifted but struggles with delivery', or otherwise 'could do better'... despite trying super hard, it seemed I would self sabotage.

Years of productivity hacking, trying to figure out purpose, reinventing myself etc... life is 'sucessful' on the surface but now trying to tame the wild bronco within.

Today's insight was that our kind of brain wire needs a strong why, either fascinating us or screaming urgency... the latter will always be there, but we can make our life more enjoyable by pursuing the former too.
