Holding Bitcoin does not provide a passive income like owning a business and you don't start a business as an asset you start a business because you are interested in that field or talented in that field or want to provide something to your community to fill a niche.

And a scooter is not an asset you invest in, it's personal transportation. Vehicles are not assets they are liabilities.

If you want a car to retain value you don't drive it, and you pay to store it somewhere safe, etc.

That's not an asset.

And you don't fucking buy land to make money selling it that's stupid way of thinking and everything that's wrong with the world.

You buy land so that you can have somewhere for yourself and your family in the future, so you can use it to grow crops or raise livestock and make an income.
