I nap on a rare occasion, which might be the only time I would use an alarm 😅
Just to get to the airport, don’t want to miss a flight. Oh and during midday nap, but that is a 20 min timer. ⚡️🦍⚡️
Well perhaps if there is an appt that don’t want to be missed! I can do pretty well with an internal alarm tho, so I often wake up before the actual alarm 😑
