I can never see some of the notes and replys, for example it says a note has eight replys but I see only three, it never shows no matter how many times I refresh. What should I do? Which relays should I connect to ??????????????

Iris has a lot of issues. Sometimes it works nicely. A lot of the time is doesn't. Maybe try a different client. https://snort.social is pretty good. All of them have their quirks and glitches because it's still early days.

Have you checked that some of the thread notes do not have the others as sub-threads?
I cant find my own notes that I started from about ten hours ago. And some rhe replies to my notes.
