true dat. and you have no idea how many carbs you're eating until you cut them out. I cycle carbs bc it feels ancestrally consistent and I feel my best.
Avoidance of exercise in favor of time efficiency and culture of over-eating…harder to over eat with meat due to 1) expense and 2) satiety. The stomach doesn’t let fat go quickly.
this is true. I also swear that cycling in and out of keto resets my leptin receptors if that's even a thing. my hunger seems to be based on actual need not any sort of cravings and I am full much more quickly.
