Round 19:

Frantically scanning the alleyway for any hidden paths or alternative escape routes, you notice a small ventilation grate near the ground. It seems to lead to an underground tunnel system.

Without hesitation, you pry open the grate and squeeze yourself through, descending into the darkness below. The tunnel system stretches out before you, its twists and turns shrouded in mystery.

As you navigate through the labyrinthine tunnels, you hear the faint sound of footsteps echoing from behind. The security guards are still in pursuit.

What will you do?

1. Continue deeper into the tunnel system, hoping to lose the security guards.

2. Find a hiding spot within the tunnels and wait for the security guards to pass.

3. Confront the security guards and attempt to negotiate your way out of the situation.

Round 21:

With a burst of energy, you quicken your pace, determined to reach the glowing chamber ahead. The footsteps of the security guards echo behind you, urging you to push forward even faster.

As you enter the chamber, you find yourself in a vast underground cavern, illuminated by an ethereal light. In the center of the chamber, you spot a pedestal, seemingly designed to hold the Eye of Chronos.

Without hesitation, you place the gemstone on the pedestal, hoping that it will trigger a mechanism to transport you back to your own time.

Suddenly, a blinding flash of light engulfs the chamber, and you feel a surge of energy coursing through your body. When the light subsides, you find yourself back in your own time, standing in your laboratory.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed your mission and returned home.
