Alright Florida, here we go! Looks like we have our first criminal case regarding deepfake porn.

Great quote: “It is really strange to me that you impose heftier penalties for fake nude photos than for real ones."

I was talking about this a few weeks ago haha nostr:npub123luchr7v4070jpa5k5p9e3n9u9yw7wg0065pk88tf8dh0ekle9qmthkcn nostr:npub13700uhjmtvfl49n4drcr0qg7rk863m8rzqdgceddpfwh2ejlumdqn6375k a world will exist where people will not want to post their pictures online out of fear that this content can be created with AI

When I was 13 I also made sexualised drawings of my female classmates. I was showing them to a buddy and the teacher confiscated them, even sent a copy to my parents. What a douche, right? Good thing my drawing skills are bad enough so nobody knew who I was drawing haha. I don't even remember my parents reaction, I think they found it funny rather than concerning. Which is kinda understandable because the proportions were way off so the amount of cum I had to draw was ridiculous.

My point being, boys will be boys, punishing this is highly unnecessary.
