Is it just me or are videos on nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 almost unplayable. Seems like every time a video is played it the audio sounds like it being played twice like one big echo effect

That tattoo had to hurt so bad

Gold!!!

Hopefully this gets resolved, sometimes it will play more than two audio clips for the same video

it’s been for everybody since full bled videos came out on damus 🤗

🥲 I thought it was just me mate, I usually just copy the note Id and paste in a different client

nostr:npub1vp8fdcyejd4pqjyrjk9sgz68vuhq7pyvnzk8j0ehlljvwgp8n6eqsrnpsw made this cool iOS shortcut after I requested it, with which you can extract video URL in Damus in two clicks straight to your clipboard 🤗

I guess im doing the long way 🤣 it’s been copying the note or the npub and re-finding the video

No "ECHO" effect

#SergeyBrin

Yeah same here. I almost hesitate listening to any.

I just copy the note and find it on a different client tbh I can’t with the audio

Yes, interestingly enough I find that if I scroll at certain depths up or down from the note in the feed I can change the echo delay and at times get it to sync.

I also think if you go directly to the note, it sometimes fixes the issue.

But yeah, it’s annoying as well.

I have noticed that too, especially if the note above or below is just a reposting of the video

Same, that seems to compound the issue.

It’s annoying, but also for me #nostr and damus are like those somewhat dysfunctional family members you also love the shit out of.

Meanwhile Xitter is straight up like a drunk annoying dude on the subway.

Hahah we don’t talk about that dude, we only share the trolley cuz we’re trying to get to the same place 🤣. But that’s true love or hate, damus is still the primary source to Nostr in my case

Yes, and like that somewhat dysfunctional family member, they’re working on themselves and making progress. Real progress.

💯💯 agreed in this case the progress seems to be moving at ludicrous speed
