Yeah, this flow is what I've been building and what I'll get back on after I finish with the NIP-41 microapp.

What's missing from this video is the flow where a second app is authorized to use the account just with Nostr-identifier+password to authorize. That part is already implemented in my proof-of-concept, it just looks ugly.

Haha I saw my post

The direction Nostr is going is concerning. Paid subscriptions to hold nostr keys on centralised servers is another example of nostr getting more complex, more expensive , more decentralized and less secure. The intense profit motive from bitcoin fanboys is undermining the Nostr principle of simple, open, decentralised comms.. I fail to see Nostr attracting new users who are being asked to pay for MULTIPLE subscriptions with multiple centralized entities just to get Nostr to function properly (paid relays/custodial key servers etc). Apart from making it difficult for new users to onboard, there it now has negative appeal all round when comparing it to Twitter which is arguably going to end up cheaper, a lot easier to use, and importantly Nostr does not really offer an escape from the centralized business of extracting profit from users at any price. Am I wrong?
