Should have cashed that fucker out in 2020 when you had a window to do it without penalties and just piled it all into Bitcoin.
I'm still planning to cash it out and take the penalty... Need to get moving on it

They will let you do that? The only way I see to cash out your 401k is by quitting
Yeah, might not get all of their match either but long term its a no brainer
