Amethyst 0.28.0: Bookmarks

- NIP-51 Public and Private Bookmarks by #[0]

- Adds Translations for Estonia by @chiajlingvoj

- Fixes URL guesser by #[1]

- Fixes zap amount recalculation by #[2]

- Fixes disappearing messages in chat by #[3]

- Fixes tag links that did not end with a space by #[4]

- User-Agent fix #[5]

- More custom hashtags by #[6]

- Update on Russian and Ukrainian translations by #[7]

Oi Vitor, great work as always 😃 we should probably have a place to access options/preferences, including a language switcher... will open an issue on the repo. Also will work on further updating the Esperanto translations (I'm @chiajlingvoj on GitHub)
